Coriander Scrambled Eggs

Coriander scrambled eggs are a tasty and healthy meal at any time of the day.

Remember to wash your hands thoroughly!

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 50ml milk
  • A handful fresh coriander leaves

You will also need:

  • An apron
  • A wooden spoon
  • A non-stick pan
  • A large plastic bowl
  • A teaspoon
  • A fork

Method:

  1. Break eggs into the bowl.
  2. Wash and tear coriander into the bowl.
  3. Then add the milk and beat thoroughly with a fork.
  4. Melt the butter in the pan and spread around to coat the pan. (Please ask for adult help.)
  5. Pour the mixture into pan and scramble using a wooden spoon. Keep stirring until cooked.

Serve with brown bread, toast, baked beans or cherry tomatoes.
