Hello, I’m Corina Coriander.
Believe it or not, although I’m a herb,
I am a member of the carrot family.
I am sometimes called cilantro.
I am used all around the world.
My leaves, stalks and seeds are edible. My seeds can be ground to add to curries or apple pies! My leaves and stalks have a strong taste.
You can chop my leaves and they are fabulous for adding to curries or soups.
Try me in an omelette to make it delicious! Mix me with plain yogurt for a tasty dip.
You can also add my chopped leaves to salads.
I am full of vitamins and therefore good for you to eat!
